Siu Tonga, Customer Care Manager delivered a short speech to a group of future women leaders aged between 13 - 16 years old at the Girls Guide Centre today in an effort to empower them, inspire them and motivate them as they journey through life.
She shared her experience, her upbringing and her inspiration that got her to where she is today.
Her speech was focused around developing the right skills, to have a voice and to be bold in making the right decisions that will lead you onto the right path as a leader.
Mrs Tonga is one of four women that holds Digicel Tonga's Senior Management Team.
Digicel has worked closely with the Talitha Project by providing internet service to the centre and also help address the issues of violence against women in Tonga.
