Julliana Piutau, Key Account Manager – Business Solutions had the opportunity to be part of the WILL Power Program in PNG.
As part of her efforts to share the knowledge from the training, she presented in a session to women in Digicel Tonga on her learnings.
The leadership workshop delivered learnings through simulations, tactics to strengthen leadership skills and build personal confidence while the executive coaching element helped with career planning.
The program also included a mentoring session which participants with senior leaders within the business would help them better understand the skills to become a better leader.
Digicel Tonga is proud to have had a representative on the WILL Power program in its efforts to support Women Leaders and be part of a wider training to up skill employees and ensure equal opportunity in an inclusive working environment.
