The annual Miss Galaxy pageant hosted by Tonga Leiti Association has received support from Digicel Tonga.
The theme for this year’s event is ‘Fragrances of Different Communities.’
The pageant is celebrating its 26th anniversary and as is in the past, it has drawn hundreds of spectators and fans to various theme nights.
The aim of the organisers is to provide a platform to create awareness around gender diversity.
The Marketing Manager for Digicel Tonga, Ragigia Dawai has been invited to be Chief Auditor for two Pageant nights.
The first evening held on Wednesday, 16 July consisted of three categories – red, condom creation and own talent.
The top three for these 3 category in no particular order are:
Red theme: Miss Reload Bar | Miss Seaview Lodge | Miss Capriata Restorante NZ
Condom creation: Miss Kingsland NZ | Miss Seaview Lodge | Miss Capriata Restorante NZ
Own Talent:Miss Sistah Hair Salon | Miss Auzka & Mia Florist | Miss Seaview Lodge.
The second night will be consist of the another three categories; Galaxy wear, Rainbow creation and traditional dancing.
This will be followed by the crowning of the Miss Galaxy Queen 2019.
