Tonga set to take on Fiji for place at World Rugby U20 Trophy Junior finals next year

There's going to be a showdown in Suva tomorrow when host nation Fiji take on Tonga in the Grand Final of the Pacific Rugby Junior Trophy tournament.

Both teams come into the final on the back of big wins over Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea, although PNG did make Tonga work hard in a close fought first half, before the game got away from them in the second period.

Local media reckon Tonga are the favourites going into the final, but their technical adviser Tevita Tu'ifua doesn't agree.

The media can say anything they want to say. But from my knowledge the home team is still the favourite at the moment and it’s because of the way they have performed so far. It’s been consistently spot on I would say. But we have been preparing well throughout the week and hopefully we will pull it off.
