French adapts to life without his PCL

When French twisted his left knee at training back in Round 6, there were initial fears of a season-ending anterior cruciate ligament injury.

French to get first shot at Eels No.1

While Arthur had last year indicated he wanted French to play at the back, the recruitment of Josh Hoffman from the Gold Coast had led to suggestions the former Titan had been earmarked for the No.1 jersey.

French re-signs with Eels

French joined the club in 2013 and debuted in Round 12, 2016. He played 13 NRL games in 2016 and broke the Parramatta Eels record for the most tries in a debut season, previously held by Jarryd Hayne, crossing for 19 tries.
