Sexual harassment allegations

Plácido Domingo accused of sexual harassment

Eight singers and a dancer claim they were sexually harassed by the Spanish tenor from the late 1980s, according to the Associated Press news agency.

Only one of the women, mezzo-soprano Patricia Wulf, agreed to be named.

Domingo has denied the accusations, and the Los Angeles Opera - which he directs - has pledged to investigate with the help of "outside counsel".

"Still, it is painful to hear that I may have upset anyone or made them feel uncomfortable no matter how long ago and despite my best intentions," continued Mr Domingo.

Ryan Seacrest: US TV host rejects harassment allegations

Suzie Hardy alleged Seacrest harassed her for six years, starting in 2007, while she worked with him at E! News.

The American Idol presenter publicly denied the claims last year and was cleared by an internal inquiry. Hardy, however, made her allegations public for the first time on Monday.

Seacrest said: "I have no choice but to again deny the claims against me."

In an article published by Variety, Hardy - who is Seacrest's former stylist - claimed the presenter "cupped" her crotch, "forcefully slapped" her buttock and "tightly grabbed" her groin.

Kevin Spacey faces more sexual harassment allegations

Roberto Cavazos, an actor who worked at a London theatre where Spacey was artistic director between 2004 and 2015, says he had encounters with the Hollywood star at the time "that verged on what you could call harassment".

The House of Cards star has publicly apologised to another actor, Anthony Rapp, who accused him of trying to seduce him in 1986 when he was 14, saying he did not remember the incident but that if it happened it was "deeply inappropriate drunken behaviour".
