Whitney Houston was 'sexually abused', film claims

Houston's half-brother Gary Garland-Houston and her assistant, Mary Jones, both made the claims against Dee Dee, who died in 2008.

The film, Whitney, is directed by Scottish filmmaker Kevin Macdonald.

Dee Dee Warwick is the younger sister of soul singer Dionne Warwick and was the niece of Houston's mother.

Whitney debuted in Cannes on Wednesday night.

The Warwick family has been contacted for comment by the BBC.

Bobby Brown book reveals his first brush with drugs aged 10

In Every Little Step, Brown claims he did not realise the reason they had a heavy black metal door on their projects apartment was because of mum Carole's risky venture but thought it was to discourage Jehovah's Witnesses.

According to the singer, one night when both parents were out, a 10-year-old Brown decided to prepare them a home-cooked dinner - but used cocaine by mistake.

Bobbi Kristina's cause of death known, but not yet released

The Fulton County Medical Examiner said in a statement Sunday their office is not releasing details because of a Fulton County Superior Court order to seal the results. The 22-year-old Brown died in hospice care July 26.

Brown was the only daughter between Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston.

The Fulton County district attorney and Roswell Police Department have been notified of the findings.

Bobbi Kristina Brown buried alongside mother

About a dozen fans came out to the cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey, to pay their respects to Brown, 22, who died in Georgia last week six months after being found face down and unconscious in a bathtub at her home.

Holding pictures of Brown and Houston, fans crammed against police barricades as a gold-coloured hearse passed through the gates of the cemetery where Houston was buried three years ago.

Brown died after suffering irreversible brain damage in a still unexplained January incident at her Roswell home.
