The Fiji Residents proved to be too strong for the visiting Tonga side last night with a 24-16 win at the ANZ Stadium in Fiji's capital, Suva.
FijiVillage reports Fiji pressured Tonga throughout the match however Tonga managed to score three tries.
Fiji Coach Josaia Rabele says the boys played a lazy game and they could have prevented the Tongan’s from scoring a try.
Rabele says they will need to improve in defence in the ruck area if they want to win games.
