Fun healthy snacks for picky kids

If your kid is a picky eater, you know the struggle is real!

You obviously want your child to eat wholesome, nutritious, and delicious food without having to fight tooth and nail to get it in his/her mouth! 1. Meat & Cheese Roll-Ups with Pretzel Skewers

If you're going to please your picky kid, keep it simple with these protein filled snack roll-ups. Just be sure to use low-sodium lunch meat, especially because the pretzel sticks add that hit of salt your child, and you, will crave.
