Lupe Ole Soaga can seal a fourth trip to the OFC Champions League Group Stage if they avoid defeat in today's final round of qualifying matches.
The Samoan side are second in the Champions League Qualifier standings, with one win and one loss from the opening two rounds in Pago Pago.
A draw against Tonga's Veitongo FC would be enough to join Tupapa Maraerenga in reaching the main draw but coach Paul Ualesi says they won't be holding back.
"The boys are preparing really well for Veitongo, our brothers from Tonga because we respect them as well," he said.
"There are some young kids and some experienced players for their team but now we're going to work hard to make ourselves qualify for the second stage. We're not really depending on the draw but we're trying to win the game."
"I always talk straight to the boys to be like don't mind about the result...focus on the game and trying to execute our gameplan well, trying to get more score in the games and trying to make all the opportunities count for the game. We're not really focused about the draw or anything else, we're only focused on our preparation for Veitongo," Ualesi said.
Tongan champions Veitongo can leapfrog Lupe into second place with a win this afternoon but will be without striker Soakai Vea and captain Sioni Uhatahi, after the pair were sent off in the 9-2 defeat by Tupapa Maraerenga from the Cook Islands.
"Our final game against Lupe Ole Soaga will be a bit difficult because we lose Sione Uhtahi the team captain and Soakai. The red cards really did not help overall," Veitongo coach Timote Moleni said.
Tupapa have already wrapped up one qualifying berth after wins over Lupe and Veitongo.
Alex Napa's side can complete a clean sweep and clinch top spot overall with a draw or better against Pago Youth from American Samoa.
"I think I'm going to insist my players - from the opening whistle to the closing one - need to be on top of our game. It's the little things that are starting to effect the game plan."
