They begun Sunday at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, which is due to stage eight matches, including two quarter-finals, where Wales were beaten 35-21 in a warm-up match against Ireland. 

The next test will come when England host France at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday (August 15). 

The third test is scheduled for August 29 at the Olympic Stadium on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London during Barbarians’ clash with Samoa ahead of four taking place on September 5.

The Hampshire Police force said formal post-mortems were still being conducted, but the victims were believed to be "the mother, sister and brother-in-law of the owner of the aircraft, all of whom are from the bin Laden family." It said all three were Saudi nationals who were visiting Britain on vacation. 

The plane's Jordanian pilot also died.

Acting Chief Inspector Olga Venner of Hampshire Police said "sadly, there were no survivors." No one on the ground was hurt.

Blackbushe Airport said in a statement that the Embraer Phenom 300 jet crashed near the end of the runway while trying to land at 3:09 p.m. (1409GMT).

The airport, used by private planes and flying clubs, is about 40 miles (65 kilometers) southwest of London.

A total of 40,000 tickets are currently on sale at tickets.rugbyworldcup.com and a further 100,000 additional tickets will go on sale Monday (July 27).

More than 2.15 million have already sold.

The additional tickets are a mixture of extra seats from the completion of venue configuration, handbacks from the Rugby World Cup Limited commercial programme, and tickets that have been registered for re-sale from fans who can no longer use their tickets.

He said rugby was a key national sport and united a nation.

Speaking at the opening of the FRU development workshop at the Outrigger on the Lagoon Fiji Monday,  Bainimarama said Fiji was blessed with a massive amount of local talent and resources.

He said provincial union leaders were the ones who would eventually take the Fijian brand of rugby to another level.
