Dedicated Beliebers in Brazil camp out for months before gig to bag a good spot

News channels in Rio de Janeiro have filmed them camping outside the Sambadrome stadium where he's due to perform in five month's time.

They're sleeping rough on the pavement - taking it in turns to study, work and eat - to make sure they bag the best spot at the gig.

They will have to be patient though. Justin will take to the stage on 29 March 2017.

"We are here for our idol," one fan told the Brazilian TV network, Globo 1.

"We are here for our love for him and that's why we did all this madness."

Last week he walked off stage in Manchester after asking fans to stop screaming in the gaps between songs because he wanted to talk and be heard.

But that seems to have changed last night in Glasgow, saying "certain cities" don't want to hear him out.

He posted on Twitter: "I just appreciate you guys tonight, listening to me and understanding."

During the last of three shows in the city as part of his Purpose world tour the singer said: "I appreciate all the support, I appreciate love I appreciate the kind things.

"But the screaming in these breaks has got to stop. Please and thank you.

"I don't think it's necessary when I'm trying to say something and you guys are screaming."

When the crowd didn't go quiet he dropped his microphone and left the stage, with some fans booing as he walked away.

The 22-year-old later came back out to continue his set and explain why he'd stormed off.

During his first performance in Manchester, England Thursday night during the European leg of his Purpose World Tour, the Grammy winner tried to have a brief chat with his fans before jumping into his next song, but the boisterous crowd would not quiet down. 

"If not, I'll just get to singing," he said frankly. "I don't mind cutting the bulls--t because I don't need to talk. I'm just trying to engage, but if you guys don't want to do that then we can just play the music."

Fans did not take the comment lightly and headed to Twitter to label Bieber "rude."

Spears has shot down chatter that she is collaborating with the Biebs. In an interview with BBC Radio 1 on Wednesday, the singer was asked if there was any truth to rumors they were working on a track together

"No, there's no truth to that at all," Spears said.

Instead talk turned to Bieber's nude photos -- which Spears called "insane"-- and her meeting him years ago.
