Internet services have been restored after experiencing disruptions in Tonga for the past two days.
This is despite Tonga’s Telecommunications Corporation wireless services that remained operational yesterday.
The outage affected their prepaid customers and the ADSL fixed line services.
TCC staff said they were working on the problem and would work overnight to fix it.
Internet services were restored for some fixed line customers yesterday afternoon, and more today after staff manually reset the DNS configurations of customer routers.
