Tonga Police arrested a 26-year-old man from Veitongo early Tuesday morning in relation to the assault of the King’s noble Lord Dalgety last month.
The accused has been charged with attempted robbery and bodily harm.
He has been remanded in police custody to appear at the Magistrate Court later this week.
Lord Dalgety was reportedly injured during a home invasion at his residence at Haáteiho on 8 February.
