A 67-year-old man, who died after he was allegedly assaulted in Tongatapu, has been identified as Salvation Army drug rehabilitation expert, Ned Cook.
Cook of Ma’ufanga was allegedly assaulted near his home on Vuna Road Friday night.
He died at Viola Hospital on Sunday.
A 19-year-old youth has been arrested in relation to the incident.
Police said the investigation continues to determine the full circumstances of Cook’s death.
Further information will be released when it becomes available, Police said.
