Digicel Tonga participated in a team building activity this morning - THE AMAZING RACE part and parcel of motivating and inspiring staff as another week of hard work ends.
There were 4 teams; Team Tongatapu, Team Vava'u, Team Ha'apai & Team 'Eua who set off with their clues for Pit Stops where a question and challenge awaited them before they got their next one.
The winning team - Team Vava'u won the AMAZING RACE and huge congratulations to Jennifer Penisoni, Tevita Sifa and Siutaula Fuko who demonstrated great leadership, collaboration and team work in finishing the race in 20 minutes.

The Digicel Amazing Race was designed based on the different behavioural style of each team member and provided the platform for team members to work together to not only win but showcase the dynamic team that makes Digicel.
