Digicel Tonga has donated $5000 to the Tae Kami Foundation further boosting the organisation’s work for children with cancer.
Digicel also promoted the WOWS show night with comedian Tofinga last week as well as a $1000 pledge and two nominees for the ‘Shave or Save’ campaign.
The Tae Kami Foundation was established by Sina and Taholo Kami to fulfill their late daughter Tae Kami’s dream of setting up an organisation that helps children diagnosed with cancer.
The organisation is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year.
Sina Kami thanked Digicel Tonga for its tremendous support throughout the last ten years.
Digicel Business to Consumer Manager, Ragigia Dawai said this was the first time that she participated in a programme that is huge in Tonga and in Fiji.
Dawai said she hopes the bond between Digicel and the Tae Kami Foundation will be stronger each year.
