Digicel Tonga welcomed Oliver Coughlan who is the Group CEO for Regional Pacific on his 3rd visit to the Kingdom.
Spoken with words of appreciation, the team led by Dennis Fuapau, Commercial Manager were sincerely grateful to be graced with Oliver’s presence in market today.
Having visited the market a year ago during the devastation of Tropical Cyclone Gita and seeing the destruction to the Digicel office, staff homes and the country, Oliver in his message conveyed to the team is that ‘Tongans are resilient and able to bounce back to anything.’
Upon his arrival, Oliver was garlanded as a mark of respect for a visitor as he entered the office, greeted by the team in a Town Hall session and taken on a tour to showcase the changes made to the office building since it’s rebuild.
As a gesture of the team’s appreciation, a cake was presented to Oliver to mark the occasion.
