The royal couple, now known as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, will be making the tour around the time of the Invictus Games in Sydney, which is set for Oct. 20-27.

Harry, a British military veteran who served in Afghanistan, created the Paralympic-style games as a way to inspire wounded soldiers toward recovery. About 550 competitors from 17 countries competed in 12 sports during the event in Canada last year.

 The Queen and both families are said to be "delighted with the news."

As with her previous two pregnancies, the Duchess is suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, or severe morning sickness.

She will no longer carry out her planned engagement at the Hornsey Road Children's Centre in London today.

Catherine is being cared for at Kensington Palace, the statement said.

Be that as it may, Prince William and Kate Middleton's firstborn son is  still entitled to his privacy. As such, Jason Knauf, communications secretary at Kensington Palace, wrote a letter addressed to the international media Friday to prevent the publication of unauthorized photos of Princess Charlotte's brother.

Kensington Palace, the official home of Prince William and his wife Kate, published a letter sent to media standards organizations, detailing recent incursions on the family's privacy. 

It said photographers have hidden in car trunks, obscured themselves in sand dunes, monitored the movement of Prince George and his nanny around London parks and used other children to draw Prince George into view on playgrounds.
