Teenagers charged with murder over shooting in Dadeville, Alabama

Brothers Ty Reik McCullough, 17, and Travis McCullough, 16, were arrested on Tuesday night, police said.

Authorities said the suspects are each being charged with four counts of reckless murder and that more charges are expected. 

A prosecutor said the suspects would be charged as adults.

At a press conference on Wednesday, officials told reporters that these were the very beginning stages of the investigation into the shooting on Saturday in Dadeville and offered very few details. No information was given about a motive or the type of firearm used.

Neko Noa Jardine was rushed to hospital where he underwent surgery for his injuries in West Valley City, Utah.

Police said Jardine and two other young men were confronted by unknown suspects outside a home early Sunday morning local time.

He was shot in the neck, chest and abdomen and was taken by a friend to the hospital.

The police tweeted his death on Sunday evening, but no further details were made available, Gephardt Daily has reported.

Two killed at video game tournament

They named the killer as David Katz, 24, from Baltimore, who then shot himself dead at the scene. No other suspects are being sought.

Eleven people were injured in the incident.

The shooting happened during a video game tournament being held at Jacksonville Landing, a large shopping, entertainment and dining complex.

Katz used only one hand gun, the police said, according to their investigations so far.

Police refused to confirm local media reports that he began shooting after becoming angry following a loss at the gaming tournament.
