Digicel Tonga celebrates 13th Anniversary with D'Music Concert

Digicel Tonga launched its first D'Music Concert titled 'Better Together' last night to commemorate its 13th Anniversary and was broadcasted live on the D'Music App and social media platforms.

The 2-hour exciting event showcased local dancers, bands, singers and entertainers and brought together 1,500 performers, parents with children and locals alike to fill the Falemasiva Hall at Tailulu College.

Digicel Tonga CEO, Anthony Seuseu, said, "We're proud to host the first ever live D’Music Concert for Tonga. What better to celebrate our birthday but with our customers who have become our friends and families. It's always better when we celebrate together."

A special video took the crowd on Digicel's journey in Tonga over the 13 years with millions of dollars in investment that continues to see the business and its people grow from strength to strength.

Members of Parliament and the Chief Guest was Honourable Frederica Tuita Filipe.

Six long serving employees who started with Digicel when it was launched in Tonga on May 8th 2008 were also acknowledged during the event.

The crowd attending was surprised and thrilled during the night with $13,000 worth of cash giveaways and prizes.

The event was the perfect ending to Tonga's month of the Family with Digicel's Family Month Campaign.
