This is part of the assistance of the Government of Japan to the people of Tonga through the bilateral relations.
Government officials including the CEO for Infrastructure and the Minister for Public Enterprises were in Japan last month to exchange signatory with the construction group that will be working on building the new wharf for Tonga.
